Carol Vella

Carol Vella is an experienced fundraising strategist and former candidate who brings a rare combination of revenue expertise and lived campaign experience. She ran for Justice of the Peace in Benton County in 2022 and again in 2024, giving her firsthand insight into the realities candidates face when balancing fundraising, messaging, voter engagement, and personal capacity.

Carol approaches fundraising as a relationship-driven practice. She helps candidates build confidence, consistency, and structure around donor outreach, supporting realistic fundraising plans, effective follow-up systems, and sustainable call time practices. She leverages her 20 years of corporate experience in marketing, sales and talent to integrate business acumen into political campaign management.

She is a graduate of the Emerge Bootcamp Campaign Management program.

In addition to supporting campaigns, Carol works on the front end of The Campaign Collective’s client relationships, helping guide prospective clients through the sales process with clarity, care, and transparency.
