How The Lab works
The Lab is a working support environment, not a course. You’ll build and run your campaign alongside other candidates, with a place to bring real questions, think through decisions, and keep moving forward.
The Launchpad
A strong foundation from the start
Early decisions shape everything that follows.
When foundations are clear, the rest of the work moves more smoothly.
Launchpad is a focused introductory phase that helps you set up the legal, financial, and strategic basics your campaign needs to function well.
You’ll work through:
- committee, banking, and fundraising setup
- baseline messaging
- an early budget and fundraising plan
- a clear campaign plan and vote goals
The goal is a campaign that is set up, functional, and ready to move.
Ongoing support inside The Lab
As your campaign progresses, support continues around the core work of running a campaign, including:
- fundraising and call time
- messaging and refinement
- campaign planning and vote goals
- treasurer coordination and reporting
- visibility, events, and endorsements
You continue working in community, with guidance as questions come up and conditions change.
How support is delivered

- templates and short guides you can actually use
